[vtkusers] Specify image subregion on which vtkImageMarchingCubes operates?

Does setting the image update extent on the output of MC help. Something
like ?

  marchingCubes->GetOutput()->SetUpdateExtent( 10, 50, 10, 50, 10, 50 )
