[vtkusers] Segmentation of 3D object with Level sets

Rima,
to my knowledge, VTK does not has methods of level set segmentations.
However, you may want to check VTK's brother library, ITK (http:\\
www.itk.org) that has plenty of methods for level set segmentation of 3D
images. You can do segmentation in ITK and visualization in VTK.
