[vtkusers] How to adjust VTK Image brightness and contrast with QT Slider

Interms of WL/WW the center can be adjusted by position the up and low
values and the WW from that center.

If you have center of 100 and width of 300. it would be something like -50
to 150.

(some one correct me if I am wrong)
