[vtkusers] Building VTK 5.8.0 with QT option for Visual Studio 9 2008 Win64

Hi All,

I would be grateful if someone could kindly instruct me in building VTK
(5.8.0) with QT (4.8.0) option for Visual Studio 9 2008 Win64? I failed in
building VTK by getting 98 failed projects. For example:

32>QVTKWidgetPlugin - 1 error(s), 18 warning(s)
22>vtkQtChart - 1 error(s), 593 warning(s)
48>vtkRendering - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
75>ImageProcessingExamplesCxxTests - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
114>GPURenderDemo - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
124>QVTK - 1 error(s), 80 warning(s)
143>QScalarsToColors - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
136>qtevents - 1 error(s), 48 warning(s)
...

I don't have these problems in building without using the 64bit generator in
CMake software and all the projects will be build successfully.

Please advise.
