[vtkusers] Add a new scalar and array to vtkPolyData

Hi All,

Is it possible to add a new scalar and array to vtkPolyData? Let's say, I
have a vtkPolyData which has "x", "y", "u", "v". Can I add "z" and "w" to it
and initialize it with some value?
