[vtkusers] Convert Data to Understandable VTK Data Format

Hi all,

I have 4 vectors:

x[j][i]
y[j][i]
u[k][j][i]
v[k][j][i]

where x and y are rectangular coordinates, u and v are velocity components,
i is indexed for x, j is indexed for y, and k is indexed for time. How can I
convert them into something understandable to VTK?
