[vtkusers] vtk3dWidget interaction problem on Windows

Hi

I've been facing a small problem interacting with 3d widgets like
vtkSphereWidget and vtkLineWidget on Windows. On Windows, after adding and
enabling the widget to the graphics window, I cannot move the widget unless
I zoom in close to the object. On linux, the same code works without a
problem. Has someone else faced this problem before?
