[vtkusers] degenerate cells transformation in vtkPolyDataNormals

Hi All,

I working with vtkPolyDataNormals with the aim to obtain a normal vector for
each point in a points cloud (vtkPolyData).
All works fine, but for my purpose I need to understand how
vtkPolyDataNormals transforms degenerate cells (i.e point A is present in
two triangular polygons: A-B-C and A-C-B... the same polygon!).
