[vtkusers] Color/opacity values for ultrasound 3D visualization

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me on these. I've done some ultrasound
3d rendering with vtk, but i'd like to work with values for color and
opacity commony used in ultrasound, I really don't hae much idea on these
so any help 'd be apreciated.
