[vtkusers] Static Link VTK

Hello Everyone,

I just have a question that I have been trying to find the answer on the
net already, but could not find.

I am trying to build an standalone application, a single exe file using VTK
in such a way that I do not need to put the dlls in the same folder.

Please let me know how I can compile against static libraries.

I just do not know where I can get the vtk static libs in the vtk-build
folder.
