[vtkusers] QVTKWidget plugin problem

Hi jothy, I don't know if this is your case or not, but when I built vtk with
MinGW, I just copied the libQVTKWidgetPlugin.dll into Qt designer plugins
directory after that, it generated me a QVTKwidget in my widget box.
