[vtkusers] Is there a tutorial to create GUI on Qt to vtk?

Two places I know of, the online wiki examples and the examples that
are in the VTK source code itself.
1) http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx#Qt
2) VTK/Examples/GUI/Qt
Start from those.
