[vtkusers] vtkAdjacentVertexIterator doesn't work after removing vertices?

Nevermind. I think believe I found my problem. It was my code and it was
related to trying to keep a mapping between vertices as I remove or add them
because I am interested in finding the original vertices I started with, or
shall I say the few that remain when I am finished running my algorithm on
the graph. Aside from manually keeping lists and comparing them, are there
any features built into VTK that would make this easier?
