[vtkusers] Why I can't create a global vtkPolyData instance?

Dear all,

I'm trying to create a global vtkPolyData instance in a console application
with VS2008(C++). But the compiler pops an access comflict error. I'm
wondering if I violate the memory manage scheme of VTK or this because other
reasons?
