[vtkusers] About vtkPoints::InsertPoint()

I installed vtk-5.8.0-win32.exe to D:\VTK 5.8.0 first. Then unzip
vtk-5.8.0.zip into D:\VTK 5.8.0\VTK, vtkdata-5.8.0.zip into D:\VTK
5.8.0\vtkdata.

Then I go to CMake, set the source folder as D:\VTK 5.8.0\VTK\ and the build
folder as D:\VTK 5.8.0\bin\. Press configure button, select Visual Studio 9
2008 compiler. Then tick advance, turn vtk_use_guisupport, vtk_use_mfc,
compile_examples on. The other options are left as default.

After all items turn grey, I pressed generate button. After generation is
done, CMake is closed.

Then I open VS2008, build MaterialLibrary.sln in D:\VTK
5.8.0\bin\Utilities\MaterialLibrary. After the MaterialLibrary.sln is built,
then build VTK.sln at D:\VTK 5.8.0\bin.

That's the my way to install and configure VTK5.8.0.
