[vtkusers] Question about removeVertex

All right. I see you have to identify all the vertexIDs you want to delete,
put them in an array, and feed that array to the
RemoveVertices(vtkIdTypeArray *arr) function. Does this function still
reshuffle/reorder the vtkIdType's ID of the vertices in the graph?
