[vtkusers] How to install 5.10 in XP ?

Hi,
Does anyone have the experience to build 5.10 in XP with visual studio
2010. I install the cmake 2.8. But I don't know what to do next.... In the
cmake 2.8 there are not visual studio 2010, they only have 2008.
