[vtkusers] vtkWeightedTransformFilter

Hi all,
I want to give a weight for each surface vertex in order to change some
vetices positions, so i can get a new form, i found that the filtre
vtkWeightedTransformFilter may help to do this task. 
 Does someone have any idea how to use this filter, please?
i'll be grateful for your help.
