[vtkusers] Force show in low resolution

Hi all,

I want to ask vtk window to render in a very fast speed. I already set the
window size to vtk's minimum value (104,104). The only way to accerlate
rendering is low level of detail.

How to ask renderer to show polydata in low level of detail mode?
