[vtkusers] ANNOUNCE: VTK 5.10.0-rc2 is available for download

The VTK 5.10 release candidate stream continues! You can find the source
and binaries here:

http://vtk.org/VTK/resources/software.html#cand

In 5.10 release candidate 1 the community found that VTK's QT interface
depended on VTK's information visualization kit. That was unintentional and
has been removed.

Following is the complete list of changes in this rc since the last
release. Please try this version of VTK in your projects and report
any issues to the list or the bug tracker.

Changes in VTK 5.10.0-rc2 (since 5.10.0-rc1)

Clinton Stimpson (2):
Add vtkIO to target_link_libraries(QVTK ...)
Fix Qt python wrapping when Infovis/Views is off.

David Gobbi (2):
COMP: Fix python module prefix/suffix in vtkMy and vtkLocal.
ENH: Make python vtk module use Connection for inputs.
