[vtkusers] VTK5.10 build fails with QtCharts

Hi all,

I have just tried to build vtk 5.10 rc with QtCharts ON.  But it fails to
build with QtCharts.

I have Qt 4.8 and minGW 4.4

Is there any compatibility issues?
