[vtkusers] Apply tube filter to vtkPlot

As Eric said, if it's not possible to apply tube filter,at least I would
like to have anti-aliasing effect to the lines.

Just to let you know, I am using vtk5.6 and haven't upgraded to vtk5.8 yet.
is there any changes made to vtk plotting?
