[vtkusers] Access Violation Exception

Hi All,

Please i have this information while trying to run my vtk application "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."

I tried to copy the exception details to clipboard and display as below:

Please who can explain the meaning of the exceptions better to me? How do i solve it?
