[vtkusers] Coloured Binary Segmentation Overlay

I've been able to solve both problems (and even more issues) by simply using
a vtkWindowLevelLookupTable for the greyscale image. By using its
window/level functions instead of the ImageViewer's, it is also possible to
set the window/level values for the underlying medical image without
affecting the binary segmentation.
