[vtkusers] Compiling VTK with Mingw64 ?

Hi all,

Build was successful using the following Ming64 build :

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/rubenvb/
