[vtkusers] Find closest point

Thank you David. The application is now working and the noise is correctly
removed. This algorithm is very strong. I'd like to ask just two questions:

1) Is it possible to obtain the geometry,topology and dataset attributes as
vtkpolydata instead of getting an unstructured grid?
2) regarding the file I uploaded, is anything wrong with it (sorry for
insisting)?
