[vtkusers] Compiling VTK with Mingw64 ?

Hi Christian ,

I compiled using the build David suggested.Its the same build i
mentioned in the first post.
Anyway I could not find the Mingw64 build that you used ( g++ 4.4.5
(20100604))  in SourceForge site anymore.

Looks like I have to look for another Mingw build which compiles both
QT and VTK.
