[vtkusers] Cutting non-convex surfaces

Hi Dan,

I am facing the same problem, I get unordered points from a cutter, I use
also a stripper then a splinevtkfilter to densify the points and finaly a
vtkMaskpoints to resample and obtain equaly spaced points.
Could you post the code that permits to reoder the points as it worked in
your case, and did you apply the reodering on the cutter output or the
stripper output.
