[vtkusers] Compile 64-bits code on 32 OS

Visual studio 2008/2010 come with cross compiler tools to compile 64bit on
32bit but I have never used them so I am not sure how well they work or not.
Just make sure when you install visual studio that you select the 64bit c++
compiler option.
