[vtkusers] ScalarVisibilityOff in mapper does not take effect

Hi all,

I am generating a surface using vtkMarchingCubes and map it through a
vtkPolyDatamapper with scalarVisibilityOff. The 3D surface looks fine. But
if I cut it with vtkCutter to get a slice of the ROI, the color varies from
dark to the setColor. I am setting ScalarVisibilityOff in the
vtkPolyDataMapper in the cutter output too. But it doesn't take effect. What
could be wrong?
