[vtkusers] How to generate .dll's ?

I've just compiled the latest stable version of VTK as a Debug project in
Visual Studio 2008.

I wish to use VTK in my C++ project.

I have two questions:


   1. Only .lib files have been generated, and no dll's. Is this because of
   a CMake property I've not set?
   2. Should I enable WRAP_TCL in CMake in order to use within my C++
   application to use with KWWidgets?

I would be extremely grateful for advice on either/both of these questions.
