[vtkusers] VTK with wxWidgets

Thanks for your reply.

I have created my application using wxAuiManager.
1) First I created wxFrame
2) Set the current frame to wxAuiManager
3) Created wxMenuBar
4) Created wxAuiToolbar
5) Add left side pane to (wxAuiNotebook)
6) Add right side pane (wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor)
7) Update the wxAuiManager

Since I am using wxAuiManager, I didnt use wxSizer yet.

P.S: If I add the vtkOrientationMarkerWidget using menu click after the
window has been created and maximized then no problem occurs.

What could be the problem?
