[vtkusers] Strange behavior in vtkChartXY in vtk5.8 rectangle zoom

Hi all,

I recently updated my VTK from 5.6 to 5.8. The rubber band zoom on right
mouse move, doesn't function properly. Instead of zooming it shows the
selected points on the curve.

Neither the nightly docs say anything about this!

Any suggestions
