[vtkusers] Java version too slow

@Jothy - I am not aware of these filters. I will go through them and see if
it works.
@Seb - The thing is, I am not using classes from vtk.jar in my sample. I am
using another jar build over vtk, build by a colleague. I am not "supposed"
to change anything in that. I cant replace VTKCanvas with VTKPanel.
