[vtkusers] vtkSpiderPlotActor Rings

Hi again,

I wanted to ask if there was a special way the Rings of the SpiderPlot are
placed and how I could manipulate the position.

I would like to have one Ring at 0 and others at important values to have
some points of orientation.
So I thought about setting data to these values.
