[vtkusers] Qt + VTK: Missing vtkQtSQLDatabase Library

Hi,
I successfully build x64 binaries of VTK and Qt on Windows 7 using 
Visual Studio 2010. vtk examples work, Qt examples work, but the Qt+vtk 
examples don't:

I tried to build the examples in vtk-5.8.0\GUISupport\Qt\Testing\Cxx\ 
but I'm missing the vtkQtSQLDatabase library.

I guess I have to change a build option in cmake and rebuild vtk, but I 
don't know which option. Should I set USE_VTK_MYSQL?

Dose anyone know where I might find a list describing the various vtk 
build parameters?
