[vtkusers] how to visualizing large amout of data faster?

Hey,
To activate parallel processing you should build VTK with VTK_USE_PARALLEL
turned ON. 
All in all with a well designed pipeline VTK does a really great job for
large amounts of data so I would suggest you to just give it a shot.
