[vtkusers] Set the Color of each line in vtkChartParallelCoordinates

I finally did it *__*

I just forgot: vtkPlotParallelCoordinates::SafeDownCast(chart->GetPlot(0))-
>SetScalarVisibility(1);
now it works like a charm, thanks.
