[vtkusers] Camera focus one specified actor

Hi,

I have many actors in my renderer. I want to keep my camera focus on one
actor specified. 

I want to fit the actor specified to the screen. So ResetCameraClippingRange
and ResetCamera are not applicaible here. They will move all actor into
camera range.
