[vtkusers] Lock Window/Level with ImageViewer2

Hello Listserve,

Is there a way I can lock the window/level for the ImageViewer 2 widget so
that it doesn't respond to mouse events?  Is it a matter of using the
appropriate interactor?

I would like to use the ImageViewer in conjunction with the
ImageTracerWidget to draw some contours on an image, and I'd like my clicks
to only do image tracing and not
adjust the window/level of my image.
