[vtkusers] 64 Bit Projects

Ok thanks for your quick replies.

So to summarize.

VS should be installed with 64bit compilers
VTK should be compiled specifically for 64-bit using Cmake
QT should also be built for 64-bit, if using.
The individual project should then be built to target 64-bit systems 
using Cmake

Have I missed anything?
