[vtkusers] VTk and Opengl

Hi,
If you want to go that deep, my advice is that you read the VTK sources :
vtkOpenGLPolyDataMapper includes vtkOpenGL.h that includes gl.h.
Sorry for not being more precise, but I am not an opengl master... :)
