[vtkusers] Failed to open TCL files with vtk.exe

Thank you for your suggestion. Which Path did you mean? I had
vtk_install\bin TCLLIBPATH=C:\vtkbin\Wrapping\Tcl, VTK_DATA_ROOT. I can run
TCL scripts from the command prompt like this "vtk  cubeAxes.tcl". I found
that my TCL scripts are associated with Wish Application. I tried to change
this association without any success. Thanks.
