[vtkusers] How to make vtkImplicitPlaneWidget fixed at certain position?

Hello,

I use a vtkImplicitPlaneWidget to display a temperature cut plane of a room,
now the program runs well, but I got another problem that the position and
scale of my vtkImplicitWidget can be changed by click and drag its white
border, but the users don't want this.

I am wondering if there is any way I can make the widget fixed at certain
position?
