[vtkusers] vtkCubeAxesActor2D size of labels when resizing window

Would be great if you can do it. I use the nightly master of vtk, so I 
can support you with testing. If you not going to do it please let me 
know and you may explain me in general what to do. So I will try to 
implement it.
