[vtkusers] 3D slice visualization shows only some slices

Hello,

I am visualizing the different slices of a 3D volume using the example
LiverTumorSegmentation. I have a slider to go through the slices.

When I start moving the slider I see the different slices but when I arrive
to the middle of the volume aproximately the slices do not appear anymore.
If in one of this slices that have disappeared I move the mouse pressing the
left button very very shortly (almost just a click) the slice appear
suddenly.

I have also the problem that in some cases only half of the slice can be
seen. If I move then very shortly the mouse by clicking the left button the
half that is missing appears suddenly.

Do you have any idea of what can the problem be?
