[vtkusers] VTKPolyData Boolean Operators

Hi Cory,

Great job. There has been a lot of interest in the GTS based Boolean
operations filter from the VTK journal.

Not only does your filter have a more compatible license, it also compiles
on Windows with Visual Studio (many users could not compile gts using Visual
Studio).
