[vtkusers] Bioimage Suite from Yale University problem

Hello,

Have you ever worked with BioimageSuite from Yale University (http://www.bioimagesuite.org/index.html)? I am trying to run some examples from "An introduction to programming for Medical Image Analysis with the Visualization Toolkit" and I don't know why I get some errors.
