Sorry, but I could not understand your explanation.
If you managed to compile gts and glib using Cygwin, then all you should
need to do is compile the vtkSurfaceBooleanOperations filter using cygwin,
and set the appropriate location of the include directory and library
directory using cmake.
Set GTS_LIBRARY_DIR to the path to where you gts.lib is, and GTS_INCLUDE_DIR
to the path where gts.h is. Similarly for other paths, like
GLIB_LIBRARY_DIR, GLIB_INCLUDE_DIR, GLIBCONFIG_INCLUDE_DIR.

In fact, already use Cygwin to compile but the problem is that it generates
gts.lib me I need to run the example, if you generate the "include" but I
need only gts.lib.
Do you know any other alternative or where I can get it to compile sbinarios
with CMake?
