[vtkusers] Need rubber band selection with terrain style

Hello,

vtkInteractorStyleRubberBandPick inherites from
vtkInteractorStyleTrackballCamera. Is there a way to have rubberband
selection while using the vtkInteractorStyleTerrain for plot rotations? What
would be the best way of achieving such combination?

Any advice is much appreciated,
